El cuarto limpio , cama cómoda , la única situación fue con el personal de registro que fue rudo y no tienen la disposición de ayudar , había desayuno no eran tantas cosas pero lo que había era rico y fresco

Nice location. Couple of issues. I stayed in the third floor. The carpet on the third floor was in terrible shape. It wasn’t glued down, several of the squares had pulled away from each other, and it was a tripping hazard. The other issue was the stains. The carpet in the hallway/walkway was stained. Not what I expected for a high end hotel. Next, the carpet in our room was dirty. And, it had several stains. Definitely not what I expected. Next, the bed was a squeaky, lumpy mess. You couldn’t move on it without it making a large amount of noise. Our backs were not in the best of shape after the second night. And finally, Expedia made it sound like breakfast was supplied. It wasn’t. We were informed by the front desk that since we didn’t book through Delavan, they would not give us a voucher for breakfast. Expedia also made it sound like there would be a voucher for the spa/salon. There wasn’t. Now to the good: the shower. Possibly one of the nicest showers that we’ve used in a hotel. And that’s all. We won’t be staying here again.

I don’t have any complaints at all. Was a great stay .
